Yup. As expected all I got was 'not interested' or no reply at all from my recent attempt to get somebody to go see Social D with me. [Insert various "poor me" comments here]. I'm still toying with the idea of going alone...

I love these guys. I know they have been around for a while now but I just got into them fairly recently. (What rock was I hiding under?) They have been dominating my iPod the last few weeks. They're coming on tour with Metallica. Tell me that would not be a good show to see?
Ok, so Metallica sold out and their last album was not exactly the high water mark of their catalog. But hey, I am an old school fan (since 'Ride the Lightning' in '83 thank you very much) and they still do the classics. Although, it does suck mightily the way they do these lame-ass medleys now... but whatever. I wont be going anyway [insert another "poor me" remark]
