One Game to Glory...

Game 3

They did it. We are one game away...

Pedro pitched great. His first World Series start and he made the most of it. He got into a few jams but thankfully, no harm was done. He went seven stong then came out. Perfect.

Manny hit a homer to get us on the board early and made a great play from the outfeild to take a run away from the Cards too. Way to go Manny!

The team got some clutch runs to make things a easier for Pedro (and those watching).

Ortiz made a couple nice plays at first.

Timlann pitched a great, stress free 8th.

I have to say, for the most part, this was a relatively stress free game (for me that is). There was a moment in the bottom of the 9th when they got a run back that perked my blood up a little, but Foulke quickly put that fire out.

The game started late and actually ended before mid-night for a change. I can actually get a decent night sleep.

I can't believe how close we are to doing it. Don't let up now. Time to drop the hammer.

D-Lowe... D-Lowe... D-Lowe... D-Lowe
