Despite the loss, no complaints
The Sox were in command last night but Embry gave up the tying runs in the 8th and Keith Foulke gave up the go ahead run...
The Sox had a chance to still come back in the 9th but just could not get it done. Too bad for Arroyo though. He should have gotten the win. I'm not really worried about Foulke. I know he will get his shit togethah... I just hope the recent problems he's had does not mess with his head too much.
Despite the loss and the blown opportunity for the sweep, there's really not that much to complain about. The Sox are winning and the Yankees are losing. (Even with The Beanpole Bitch Johnson pitching the Spankees still lost to Tampa Bay. Ha ha ha..)
In other news that you really don't care about, my recent obsession with the movie 'Aliens' has spilled over to work, where my friend and I now spend the day trading 'Aliens' quotes.
Hudson: That's it man, game over man, game over! What the fuck are we gonna do now? What are we gonna do?
Burke: Maybe we could build a fire, sing a couple of songs, huh? Why don't we try that?
I think the Sox will be just fine...
Aliens? I have to admit that's pretty random-I haven't seen that movie in years. We've been on a George Romero kick lately-actually bought Dawn of the Dead, etc.-on DVD.

Yes, I have been on an Aliens kick lately. I might have to watch it tonight and get it out of my system.
George Romero huh? Night of the Living Dead. I saw that when I was like 14 and was totally freaked out by that part with the girl and her Mom in the cellar. I never saw the recent Dawn of the Dead remake but it looked like it could be pretty good. I heard Romero might make another zombie movie...
