Sox Home Opener...
(boston.com)
It's hard to believe this day has finally arrived and I'm finding it difficult to find the appropriate words to capture the moment. Just look at the picture instead.
For extra added coolness, Tedy Bruschi threw out the 1st pitch.

Nice.
I'm stuck at work so I have seen none of the ceremony or the game. I'm just relying on Boston.com and MLB.com gameday to keep up with what's going on.
Currently, bottom of the 5th... Sox lead 7-1... time to get Joe and Jerry on the radio for the ride home...
GO SOX!
aw man, sorry you missed the game, it was perfect. Wakefield was perfect. And I'm hoping that Renteria can finally relax and get some work done.

Yeah, I did'nt see the ceremony but they replayed the condensed game last night so that was cool.
I was a little concerned about Renteria too but he'll be ok. He's getting some clutch hits in the last few games.
