Ok now I feel dumb...

Yesterday I wrote that last nights game (a win, Yay!) was the last in the Oakland series. Maybe I should pay closer attention when I'm looking at the schedule because there's a day game today starting at 3:30 (EST).

Thankfully I read Soxaholix everyday and got the heads up but I still feel like a dummy.

The AL East is starting to bunch up... The next couple of weeks will be interesting.

Late Update: The Sox are currently getting their asses beat, 9-1 in the 5th. I've got my rally cap on but I don't know if they are going to be able overcome that many runs, even with my rally cap's help.

Looking at the scoring plays, it looks like Welles got his ass totally kicked up, down, and sideways in the first couple innings and then gave way to Gonzalez, who just gave up another run to make it 10-1. Yeesh. I was going to listen to the end of the game on my drive home. Now I'm not sure I want to subject myself to that...

Looks like Bellhorn just homered to cut the lead down to 10-2. Too bad nobody was on. Oriz is up and I'm outta here...

They're just a little too bunched up.
