Hope Matt Clement is ok!

My wife and I were both horrified when we saw Matt Clement get hit in the head by a line drive in tonight's game vs. the D-Rays. It was a very scary moment as he was practically motionless on the mound after getting hit.

At that point the game means nothing and all that matters is Matt Clement's health.

Reports during the game were saying that he was conscious and alert. That is a good sign. I hope they will be able to let us know how he is doing after the game.

We will be thinking of you Matt and hoping that you are ok!!

Update:
NESN reported during the game that Matt's cat-scan was negative and he is in good spirits. That is good to hear. Whew... hopefully Matt will be out of the hospital in a few days with no ill effects.
