Sheer marketing genius...

I normally pass right by the ice-cream section at the grocery store completely unfazed and with my will-power intact. However, some genius at Hood Ice Cream came up with this:

How can I be expected to resist a box of ice-cream that has a Red Sox logo and the word 'CHAMPIONS' in extra large type splashed across the front? I faltered. Then when I saw there were Red Sox shaped peanut butter candies in the ice-cream, it was just too much for me and I caved.

Now I know how a bass feels when presented with a Slug-go. It's a little bit scary how easily I got hooked.

I bought two cartons, Peanut Butter Nation and Green Monster Mint.

I shake my fist at you, Hood Ice Cream Marketing Devils!
