Time to strap in...

The Orioles, The Blue Jays and The Yankees. That's it. That's all we've got left on the schedule.

The Yankees will face the same teams over the next week and 1/2. We play our last week at home, The MFY play their last week on the road.

The Sox are a game back in the division and 1.5 back for the wild-card. The stage is set. As frustrating as it has been watching the Sox slide out of first place, I'm not throwing in the towel on The Sox. Fuck the Wild-Card. We can still win the Division. Time to go on a run.

Allowing the Yankees to pull the rug out from under us and slip into the playoffs is simply unacceptable and cannot be allowed to happen.

The Sox finally got a day off yesterday. I hope everybody (fans included) got plenty of rest because I have a feeling we're all going to need it. Pop open an Octoberfest Ale, light that Pumpkin-Flavored candle and get out your voodoo dolls. If you have to stand in your living room wearing your baseball glove to help Edgah make a catch, do it. If you have to pace back and forth at the bar like a wack job so you can send positive energy out to our bullpen, do it! Time to stir up some Red Sox Karma. Rally Caps are now in full effect!

GO SOX
