By request... Basement pic

Ok, some people have asked to actually see what this basement I am always writing about looks like.

I worked down there for 12 hours today. Here's how it looks right now:

We actually have more of the floor finished than what is shown in the picture. I just took this while I was taking a quick refreshment break. We are about 1/3 of the way done with getting all of the floor in. We should be able to get the rest of it finished tomorrow..

Hey from Indiana!
Place looks Good! I am xpecting you to be finished soon then if the floor is nerly done!
UNfortunatelz out here I all I hear about teh Sox are the White Sox.....

Congrats as well on making the band - it shows you shouldn't give up on things you like to do or even if you do stop for a while because of the job and family - you may still try to regain some of your old self and sanity.

Got the rest of the floor done today. Looks fantabulous if I do say so myself. Ass busting work though. Had to tape my fingers all up like I was going to be playing in a rugby game or something because it was cutting into my hands at the joints when I went to lock the pieces together.

I'm so glad that part is done. Trim and doors next!
